The Banana Tree is a spacious beach house and we have been offering Bed & Breakfast accomodation and short term house rentals for a number of years hence our website.

However we have decided to give the house 'a break' next year and want to rent out the house on a longer term basis, upto a maximum period of 30 months.

The house is on the beach at Sambaqui facing south, and has four large bedrooms, two of which share a sea facing balcony. A large living area downstairs leads through to a garden, barbecue and sundeck, and you can access the beach directly through the garden.

The house is offered fully furnished, with king size beds and quality mattresses! All the usual mod cons are included although no guarentee is made for electrical equipment. We can also offer sheets/cooking implements etc if needed. The house has a 10 mgb cable internet connection and cable TV.

The house is situated on a small suburban beach with shallow waters. The water is suitable for swimming and kayaking, sailing and windsurfing.

The house is located in the pretty fishing village of Sambaqui on the north west of the island. Sambaqui is around a 20-25 minute drive (depending on traffic) from both the town centre, the technology centre, and the university campus. There is a direct bus service from outside the house to the town centre and the university.
